This knitted top is a super quick knit, as it measures approximately 8cm (3 inches) from neckline to hem. It's knitted top down in the round - which means that it is knitted all in one piece, without the need for seaming.

Stitch markers are one of those things that you don't think you need, until you finally get some, and then you wonder how you ever managed without them. I decided that I needed to upgrade the paperclips I had been using into proper stitch markers - but rather than buy them, why not make my own from beads and jewellery findings?

As a child I often visited the Yorkshire moors, and have many wonderful memories of stomping through the heather in late summer. I now live in the south and miss the rolling purple hills. Consequently, when Lucy from Attic24 put together a moorland colour pack, I was very happy. If I couldn’t get to the moors, I could have a little bit of the moors come to me.
